Meet Erin Royer-Asrilant: Erin earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in child development and family dynamics.

After helping numerous children and families overcome their struggles through the Burbank schools and Family Service Agency of Burbank, Erin opened Your Village, an online resource with over 50 classes available on demand for parents of infants to teens. Topics covered include positive discipline, development and health, education and modern parenting topics.

Erin also started her podcast, Parenting Beyond Discipline which quickly rose in the rankings and has now grow to over 2.3 million downloads in just a few short years.

Erin is a mom to 3 children 20 months apart, 10 year old Carter and 9 year old twins Taylor and Chandler.  Erin is also an age-group athlete, training year-round for various Ironman triathlons.
